The Award-Winning Podcast, SOLAR, starring Stephanie Beatriz, Tony Award winner Alan Cumming, Academy Award winner Helen Hunt and Jonathan Bangs, is a journey to the heart of the solar system and an exploration of the vastness of the human spirit. Disconnected from Earth and trapped on separate parts of their spacecraft, crew members must fight for survival following a disaster on board the ill-fated Aethon, a manned solar research probe sent to explore temporal distortion around the sun. As painful memories, forgotten dreams, technological challenges and blunt realities collide--they must work together to keep their hope alive in the face of growing darkness.

All 12 Episodes and Bonus Content are now available on all major podcast platforms.

“I love a good sci-fi that gives the listener not just high-octane drama to evoke tension, but also a bit of a Cluedo, who-done-it aspect. Add in a dash of potential corporate espionage, a twist of ghost sightings, shake, and what you have is a genius storyline set in space, directed by Jenny Curtis & Chris Porter. […] Starting with a solid theatrical storyline, its ace acting, and its truly exquisite cutting-edge sound. In an abridged roundup, SOLAR is a psychological space journey which warps reality, showcasing the true extremes of human nature, good & bad.”

THE KANSAS COLLECTION - THE VOW - CH. 5 (2018)
CREATED BY THE SPEAKEASY SOCIETY
HEAD WRITER, COMPOSER, AND SOUND DESIGNER - CHRIS PORTER

Ripped from the pages of the Frank L. Baum’s “Land of OZ” novels, The Speakeasy Society’s episodic and immersive retelling throws audiences into the middle of an alternate reality game (ARG) inspired experience that takes place in real time and evolves according to audiences' responses. The story spans ten chapters and productions have been ongoing from 2016 through 2019.

Chris’ efforts on this project not only included his work as a head writer with The Speakeasy Society, but included the composition of original hymns and propaganda music for The Emerald City, the creation of puzzle ARG challenges, video editing, and even live-texting as five different characters throughout the saga.

“The Speakeasy Society […] transports us to a magical place that I, along with many others, can’t get enough of.”

Produced by LittleLives.com
Co-Writer, Composer, and Lyricist - Chris Porter

Twinkle Trails is both a webseries and an educational app for teachers, students, and parents. The app enabled teachers to take attendance and track health and behavior so that the parent could receive live updates.
